The Easy Expat Way to File
Meet Your Tax Professional
Fill out our brief registration form and within 1 business day you will receive an introductory email from one of our tax professionals. The email will include our tax questionnaire and easy-to-follow instructions for uploading your information to our secure client site.
Our tax questionnaire has been carefully designed to ensure that we receive all of the necessary information to prepare your return. You are always welcome to email us with any inquiries you may have about the questionnaire.
Information security is vital to our process. You can rest assured that your information is always protected using 256-bit SSL for file transfers and 256-bit AES encryption for files at rest. This is the same security used by banks and many e-commerce sites such as Amazon.com.
Once you’ve submitted your information, sit back and relax while our seasoned professionals prepare your return.
Unlike some of the other leading expat firms, we do not outsource the preparation of your return to a third party. Our in-house team of professional CPAs prepare and review your return, ensuring that you receive the most accurate return possible.
In most cases we can complete your standard return in 10-14 business days (unless we need additional information). Expedited services are available for an additional fee.
Your Return and Invoice
We will contact you to let you know that your tax return is complete and send you our invoice. You can make your payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), PayPal, or bank transfer.
Once payment has been made, a copy of your return and e-file authorization forms for your signature will be uploaded and can be accessed by you on our secure site. We will also include a transmittal letter with detailed filing instructions.
Filing Your Return
Once we receive your signed e-file authorization, we e-file your tax return with the IRS. You can rest easy knowing that your return is filed accurately and on time.
If we can’t e-file, for example in the case of a late filing, we’ll provide you with step-by-step instructions for filing your tax return by mail.
